I did not lose a pound the whole time and I followed the directions and had bought 2 bottles and didn't lose any the 2nd time I tried it either. Coffee or Red Bull gave me more energy than this did. Would not buy it again.Customer Review: the worst burning fat ever

it makes you dizzy, nervous, and your heart won't stop beating fast even if you're sleeping "even if you take it 8 hrs before you sleep"... i don't recommend it at all
