Customer Review: Keeping Me on Track

This product was recommended to me by someone in my weight management program. It is very helpful to keep me on track. After months of doing a medically-monitored liquid diet, it was difficult to realize how many calories I began to consume when I added food back to the mix. This allows me to instantly log and view how many calories I have consumed. It helps me make better choices. I can also print out a food log for my program, since monitoring my calorie intake is one of the assignments. I can log a food as a favorite so I can easily use the data again. I can create a custom meal so that I don't have to re-enter all the foods separately if I eat it again. I can tweak the size of what I'm consuming. It has an extensive food data base, or if I can't find what I want there, I can enter it myself from package labels or from researching it on the internet. Then it will be part of my database for the next time. It is extremely handy and accurate. I can also enter the steps from my pedometer and log my exercise minutes/calories. I can print out a variety of reports and charts to help me track my progress. I am very satisfied with this calorie counter. I researched a variety, and this seemed the best for my needs. The only problem I have is when I don't use it!
