I learned that I have been suffering from a calcium deficiency for the last several years and have started on this product about 3 months ago. My doctor said that this is one of many good brands that are out there. It is very important that it comes from a reputable company and that it also contains vitamin D otherwise your body wont absorb the calcium. It is priced competitively.Customer Review: Update photo

The pills are quite big, so if you have a problem with big pills, these aren't for you. I like the chewables MUCH better. I'm switching back.

ordered a 9-month supply but it came with a 3-month expiration date. I realize the packer had no idea my intended use (2/day) but he/she should have packed for at least one pill per day per bottle. anything less that 300 days made no sense.
(have used this product for years so I was expecting my usual good product. the bad expiration date was a disappointment.)
