This is a great tablet because not only does it contain 600mg (60%DV) of calcium, but it contains 400IU of Vitamin D per tablet, and also minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc, Boron, and others. Other supplements only contain calcium and vitamin d, and often are hard to swallow.
The taste is decent and its recommended to take 2 per day.
