These are very large chew tabs, and are really chalky. The flavor isn't bad, but isn't great either. The price is good though.Customer Review: If you take this - take 260-360 mg Magnesium

While this chewable has a good flavor (similar to a fruit tums but a little tasier) - I am giving it only one star because of its low Magnesium Content. Most doctors recommend taking 1/2 to 2/3s the amount of Magnesium in miligrams with Calcium. This one has only 40 mgs of Magnesium (it should have 300-400 mgs). I learned this after I purchased - so if you take this - take some additional Magnesium. The Vitamin D, Zinc, and Copper are good - but another critical one - Magnesium is not sufficient with this dosage of Calcium.
