After trying many remedies for myself and my nine year old daughter I decided to try Canker-Rid. For the price there wasn't much to lose. My daughter had been having recurring cankers and was currently suffering from a bad one when I ordered Canker-Rid. It did hurt when I put it on her sore (it was really open, red and inflammed) but the pain subsided quickly and all was okay. We used Canker-Rid twice a day for three days and she was then pain and canker free!
Since then I have used it twice when I bit the inside of my cheek. After using it once at bedtime the bite mark was gone in the morning and a sore did not erupt which usually happens. My daughter used it once for a bite on her inner cheek. One application at bedtime and she did not get a sore either. Canker-Rid is not painful when it's put on a bite, just when there is already an open sore. The pain is very brief and nothing compared to suffering from a canker sore for a week or more.
I have been recommending Canker-Rid to family and friends since my purchase. It's so nice to have something to use when you first feel a canker starting or after a bitten lip or cheek.
