This product should really ONLY be used with recommendation from a DOCTOR or pharmisist. The pain from the first use of this product resulted in my skin actually having an allergic reaction. The recommendations of the manufacturer to remove the product really didn't help: [...]
Soap and water didn't remove it.
Dish washing soap didn't remove it.
Cooking oil didn't remove it.
I ended up applying ice and aloe vera hoping to kill the heat but to no avail.

This product made my hand burn. It was not the mild burning sensation they describe on the package, it was very painful and persisted. I could not wash it away and had to use a cold compress on my hand for several hours. This is a dangerous product.Customer Review: Horrible and painful

It is 4AM and I am up writing this. Need I say more. I will anyway. My arm is on fire. The cold wet towel around my arm heats up too. Did I mention my arm has a rash now too. This stuff needs to be banned.Customer Review: Not 4 me

Yikes-this "pain" is worse than the symptoms I meant to alleviate. Burning sensation wouldn't wash off. Have sensitive, fair skin that responds much better to Biofreeze or Pain Away spray (Walmart).
