This product is great for someone that has a hard time swallowing pills like myself. I have stuggled to keep my weight maintain, but I have notice since I've been taken the chewable wafers that I'm able to eat and enjoy the food I choose to eat with out gaining any extra weight. You will notice by taking the wafers that after you eat your system may flush out, but for me that tells me the product works. I also love that within the box you have a travel carrying tray to take your wafers in without carrying a big bottle around. Great product!
