I ordered this cast protector prior to having ankle surgery. I have a cast below the knee and full foot. This protector has plenty of room and seals out the water perfectly. It's a little tough to get on by yourself because it is so tight, but once it's on - no worries of your cast getting wet. I also get help taking it off - but the piece of mind is great!
