Preface this by saying that this system won't work for everybody. You California girls with fine, straight hair may not have the best luck with this.
However, this product is AMAZING used on naturally wavy or curly hair! After years of using regular hot rollers (and having the curl fall out by the end of the day), I tried this on a friend's recommendation. The results of using this little gizmo were stunning. Not only was there a lot of curl (I actually had to let my hair settle down a bit before styling!) it lasted well into the NEXT DAY.
I bought one ten years ago, and it just gave up the ghost last week (so they do hold up well, too). I'm buying another one, needless to say.

This is my third set in 10 years. But understand my first 2 sets I used almost EVERY DAY plus my roommate used it and eventually it stopped producing steam. Everything has to be replaced. I have tried to curl my hair with all kinds of rollers. Curling irons curl my hair, but the curls wilt after 30 minutes. The only one that really gives a great curl and lasting curls is the Caruso Molecular Steam Hairsetter. I have worn out two and am on my third one. I love it. It is the best and my hair is fine, but not baby fine.
It takes so little time to get a good set. No curlers over night, no sleepless nights.
They work so fast and last so long.
I recommend these to anyone who wants great long lasting curls.
