I keep wipes near every commode in my home - I've done it for years. They are the perfect way to keep a clean, fresh feeling even after doing your business.
I look for three chief qualities in a wipe: softness, strength, and a fresh scent.
As a longtime user of Charmin Ultra Soft toilet tissue, I was naturally drawn to the Charmin Freshmates wipes when I discovered them. Charmin did not disappoint. These wipes meet all of my most important criteria while remaining affordable.
This particular item number is for refill packs. I have not purchased the Charmin holder for them, but the individual packs are resealable, which is very nice, and they fit in the holder I bought from a different manufacturer some years ago. One problem I had with the old brand is that the wipes dried out too quickly, even in the specially made holder. The Charmin Freshmates have not dried out at all. I'm not sure if that is due to the formula they use in the solution or the wipes themselves or if it is because of the resealable plastic bag. Truth be told, I really don't care why. All I care about is when I need one, I have a good wipe handy that I can apparently rely on to not dry out before I use another in an open pack.
I highly recommend these to anyone who likes to keep wipes handy around the home or in your vehicle. These work just as well for cleaning hands and faces on the fly as they do in the restroom.
