Okay, i love this on my toast, or sprinkled on a spoon of coconut oil, but i do not like that gel, yuck! so glad i didn't waist too much, the goo, taste like oatmeal, so may use it up( the gel) that way. But on toast , MOST Excellent !Customer Review: Great product/ great company

I purchased these seeds after much research on nutritional smoothies. I mix about a tablespoon of chia seeds, a cup of blueberries, and a cup of green tea to create a wonderful tasting and nutrient rich smoothie!
