I just received mine and they are in great condition and was packaged very well. A friend of mine had me trying hers and I really liked them. With what is wrong with my fingers, I dropped one a few times, but really thought it helped. I've been playing with these and in just a short time I think I've got the hang of them. Not that I'm very good yet, but I've got the basic idea down. I think they are great and very pretty. I really like the chimes. I just hope I get good enough so that they don't hit. It makes a bothersome sound, as you can imagine. I friend of MINE tried them and asked where I got them. My sister is always under a lot of stress. I plan on getting her a set. If I can get her to use them while doing something that she can use one hand for, I think they will really help. Great product.
