I was disappointed with this product. I did not find it to have any anti-histamine properties. The worst part is that it has to be kept in the refrigerator (per the instructions on the packaging), which is extremely inconvenient. It does moisturize your nostrils and has a nice texture, but the Nose Better gel will moisturize and has some menthol in it which helps clear your sinuses. In addition, it's all natural, no chemicals to get dependent on like in the sprays. I have found nothing else that compares with Nose Better. Don't bother with the Nose Better mist, it's nothing like the gel.
