Customer Reviews of Cinnamon Toothpicks By Xtreme PixCustomer Review: Some flavors are mild or not too strong, For "Hot" you may need to look elsewhere Summary: 3 Stars
Cinnamon Flavor: A little more than mild hotness. It takes more than one to just start to get the hot effect that homemade ones are famous for.
You usually have to start to chew the toothpick to get more flavor.
I suspect they made these a little past mild and thus "safe" -on purpose.
Clove Flavor: Disappointingly very mild.
Clove happens to be my favorite spice. But the were very weak.
These are supposed to be soaked in oil. Somehow the oil doesn't seem to have soaked such all way through to these insides of the toothpick.
Nothing near what the experience of straight clove oil (sometimes used for dental pain) is.
No increase in flavor even when you chew.
Mint Ice Flavor:
This is somewhat stronger.
It should please most people.
Licorice Flavor:
On the mild side. Stronger effect if you have more than one at once or right after another. You may have to chew the toothpick to get more flavor.
Customer Review: A distant second ... Summary: 2 Stars
These are more expensive and not nearly as good as Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Chewing Sticks (toothpicks). They fall into shards in about one third the time. Trust me. I chew a lot of toothpicks. I'm orally fixated. :^)
