I used this citric acid to make mozzarella cheese. It worked quite well for that purpose, imparting sufficient acidity to the milk without imparting unpleasant metallic aftertaste some citric acids can give. My only complaint is that the shipping was quite expensive relative to the value of the item. I noticed a local Whole Food store carrying this product at the same price ($4.99), so I won't be purchasing it over the Internet any more.Customer Review: As Expected

I purchased this product for use in a homemade dishwashing detergent recipe, and it has served its purpose. It tends to clump together over time, but that is probably because it is stored under the kitchen sink (high moisture area). Be forewarned that the shipping can be incredibly slow - my citric acid arrived on the evening of the last day in the estimated arrival date range.Customer Review: Good for dishwasher

I use this to make my own dishwasher detergent. While I think it works very well, I definitely need to use a lot more of it than I thought. This was a nice size as an experiment, but I would like a size bigger than 4 oz and smaller than the HUGE one available. But overall, good quality and reasonable price. Packaging was nice and clean as well.
