I had to start taking fiber to help lower my blood pressure and loose weight and I first tried Metamucil but didn't get much results from that. Then I tried Citrucel and wow! what a difference, I actually lost over 25 lbs with Citrucel and with a better healthier diet. My blood pressure is now controlled and within a healthy range. I recommend this for everyone and hope that you get great results too.
