I purchased these and the first few seemed to work, but after about three weeks, they all turned dark and were useless. I ended up purchasing another brand called ChemStrip which were much better. I am on the Atkins Diet and on the website, they will tell you not to rely on the ketone sticks/strips to calculate your fat burning and I now see why. Don't buy the Clarity brand, they just don't work. Also, Ketone sticks are supposed to be an eggshell to white to beige color and turn purple when you are in ketosis, but the Clarity brand were brown and then turned dark brown when I was in ketosis, then one day they were all dark brown and I threw them out. ChemStrip is much better and reliable.
