I wasn't sure what to expect from this shaver but I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't get as smooth as a wax but it definitely gets close enough. The company also was gracious enough to send me body powder and oil since I had an issue with my order. Qudos to this company and their customer service! Works fine but if your hair is really long it can be uncomfortable and it does not completely shave, just shortens... not exactly what I was hoping for but not bad enough to send back. It makes me nervous to use it on sensitive areas and tends to pull hair... but overall it does a quick job when needed
