I've been using the CBEFM for 4 months now and it has been a great tool for predicting ovulation. I have found it to be a less stressful procedure than taking my BBT everyday, and it is highly accurate. For those of you with irregular cycles, this is a wonderful tool to help pinpoint those fertile days! The monitor and sticks can get expensive, but I think they are worth it.Customer Review: I witheld the five stars only because I only had one month to use the product and did not get to see how it matched with my charting over time.

I actually purchased these sticks when I was about due for my period and getting cramps. Needless did I know that I actually was having pregnancy cramps and am now 7 weeks pregnant and no longer need the fertility sticks. I got pregnant the first month with this monitor even with only being off the pill also for just one month. Great product. I witheld the five stars only because I only had one month to use the product and did not get to see how it matched with my charting over time. The monitor itself is excellent. The test sticks though are expensive. I bought the 30-day pack from Amazon because it was discounted and shipping was free. But, free shipping meant that you have to wait for 2 weeks so you have to take that into account. If you don't get your item on time in the mail, call. it from day 6 of your period until you ovulate which is alot of sticks. you cant guarantee ovulation at the same time every month no matter how normal you are because something as simple as stress can affect key hormones. The sticks work well and were rated highest on consumer reports. as for the monitor itself, not particularly user friendly and its ridiculous you can't reset it on your own.Customer Review: the digital ovulation kit is true indicator of when you are most fertile.

the digital ovulation kit is true indicator of when you are most fertile. The part i dont like is you are forced to use 10 sticks each month, and for us, we only needed to know 4 of these days...but..you do what you have to do!
