This Clorox Toiletwand cleaner is very easy to use. Just click the cleaning pad to the toiletwand and you are ready to go. The pad is prefilled with a cleaning agent so there's no need for additional chemical. (You can tell because the water will turn blue.) It scrubs around the rim very easily and the wand is even long enough to clean the draining area. (Be careful not to scrub too hard as to dislodge the pad down the drain, as one reviewer have experienced. It never occurred to me that it might happen. Now I'm more careful.) To dispose the dirty pad, simply push the button on the wand and it releases it to the trashcan. Very simple. The canister is slick design that holds the refills inside while the cleaning wand stays on the outside. I've been using this product to clean my three bathrooms now for couple of months. I only used it once so far, but was by far the best commode cleaning experience I have ever had.
My commode was pretty messy/dirty and it cleaned it right up with little effort. Left it clean and smelling good.
I hear a lot about how it drips on the way to the garbage can, but I would suggest just bringing the garbage can to the bathroom, and throwing it into it when done.
Handle feels sturdy and easy to use. The release and hookup feels solid. I think the container the refills and handle are stored in, is attractive, and looks a lot better then the traditional brush. Not to mention smells a lot better as the part that would hold the odor has been thrown away.
I'm quite pleased and plan to order another one for my other commode upstairs.

Purchased from same vender who never shipped until I complained. I didn't realize until later it was the same vender when the explaination they gave for not shipping was eerlily similar to the unit I had purchased a year earlier, then I checked emails, which I save for all Amazon transactions...same vender. They claimed they never had a complaint but literally they used the same email response meaning for same item for same shipping issue. If they say it's in stock, well that's just not true, and I still do not believe they would have shipped it if I never complained. Product was just fine though.Customer Review: Love This Product!

I've used this product since it first came out. I love not having to store a germ laden toilet brush, and it's handy not having to squirt the toilet with cleaning solution. It makes a nasty job quick and easy. I keep a wand in every bathroom in the house. Another handy thing about this product is that Amazon will deliver cleaning refills to my house. I've never had any problem with the head coming off; I don't flush the toilet until I've removed the cleaning wand and head.Customer Review: Live with boys!? You NEED this!

As long as you continue to clean your toilets regularly this product works WONDERS considering ease of use and storage! So easy to use and absolutely dependable - we have not had any issues which is key considering boys can make toilets so dirty!!!
