I have used this item since it first came out and have never had the scrubber head come off. The cleaning person must have intended to flush the heads as they do not come off easily.Customer Review: Cleans well.

This product cleans as well as expected, and smells nice. The only problem is the scrubber that you have to throw away drips toilet water on the floor all the way to the trashcan...but hey, our toilet is clean and smells good.Customer Review: Never again

We just had to dismantle our toilet to get a disposable cleaning sponge
out. Disgusting and unnecessary. While cleaning the bowl, the sponge
snapped off at the bottom of the bowl. The size was perfect for getting
stuck at the base of it. I tried to reach in and pull it, but it went further in.
Tried getting something to latch on to it but didn't work. Tried to plunge
it through. Didn't work. It got stuck at the very bottom of the toilet and
wedged there.
Going back to the old fashioned, non flushable toilet brush.
