Customer Review: Great cooling pack against knee pain

Great cooling pack. The 7.5" x 11" is a perfect size for my knee. It is very easy to form into perfect shape. This pack does NOT get too cold but it is perfect temperature when putting directly on the skin. I keep it in a ziploc bag when putting it into the freezer to prevent damage from it (thanks to recommendations from Amazon reviewers). I always cool my knee after working out and that prevents inflamation from happening and keeps my arthritis under control. Great cooling pack. I bought one for my mother as well for her knee.
