Customer Reviews of Combination Locking Medication Safe Box (Internal Dimensions: 6.75 Inches H X 9.125 Inches W X 6.00 Inches D)Customer Review: Excellent Medicine Safe Summary: 5 Stars
After having two plastic medicine safes break withing a week of use, I found this one on Amazon. It is amazingly sturdy. It is the perfect size to carry around your medications. It's great for travel and for keeping medications away from children. It would also be great for keeping other small items safe. The dial lock is sturdy and works well. This is a very high quality product and is an excellent deal. I paid the same amount for the cheaply made plastic safes.
Customer Review: Combination lock is secure! Summary: 4 Stars
My elderly father takes a l-o-t of medications and worries that his great grandkids could get into them, so this large lockable case is perfect, with two cautions: when the combination is set, it is set; and the numbers on the combination lock are very small and hard for elderly eyes to read. Dad set the combination per instructions, but it turned out that he misread the numbers. The combination was NOT the numbers he thought it was. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out what he actually set and unlock the box. Good news: the great grandkids are safe--no way they could accidentally get into it. (:

Customer Review: Nice if it didn't break Summary: 2 Stars
This box looked nice and my husband and I figured it would be good to keep things safe from the children in the house. It wasn't overly obvious what it was and flipped around so that the dial isn't seen, it blended in with our electronics and CD cases. I set the combination. It was easy. Tested the combination and it worked great. My husband picked it up and pointed immediately that the first dial didn't seem to work. It didn't matter what the first dial was set too, if the second and third were set, it opened. Not at all secure to keep the teenager out. Would have been a great asset but either the unit I have is faulty, or it is really easy to mess up the dials. They also tended to stick when trying to turn them. In the end it looks nice and seems well built, but the lock mechanism was flimsy and broken, making the unit useless for locking out anyone willing to sift through two dials till it opened... which doesn't take long!
