Comfy Elbow and Hand Spasticity Orthosis decreases the effects of flexion synergy on the upper extremity post-stroke. Treat elbow, forearm, wrist simultaneously. First, apply elbow component to the patient and adjust to meet available passive ROM. Next, attach pronation/supination bar to elbow component. Then apply hand cone to the bar.
