These really do work. I'd smoked for the last 13 years, and had even quit cold turkey on 2 different occasions for about a year each time, but some stressful event would get me back to smoking as much as before. It's possible to quit cold turkey, but there's no need to put yourself through that torture.
Using these lozenges allows you to quit without the physical withdrawal symptoms. It still takes a shred of willpower, and yes the first 3 or 4 lozenges were kind of unpleasant for me, but once you get used to them they are not bad at all. They are no way near as disgusting as a cigarette is.
I know a guy that quit smoking 4 or 5 years ago with these, and I've bought a couple boxes for friends of mine that really want to quit as well.
I used the lozenges according to the directions, and haven't had to use them for a few months now. I can't guarantee 100% that I'll never be driven to smoke a cigarette again, but I'm keeping these lozenges on hand in case I ever do.
