Okay, I will start off that this product has converted me from shaving. I like not having to shave every day and can go for a long period of time without having to think about the hair on my legs, underarms, etc.
With that said - there has got to be something better out there. A new convert, I was really happy with this product initially, but have found that it takes a lot of time with several passes over an area to get all of the hair - and I have NEVER experienced that "freshly shaven" smooth that others who have posted comments seem to have. To boot, I have had my epilator for about 4 months now and it has already quit working completely.
I will purchase another epilator, but will go with a different brand. I purchased this one based on the comments posted - but do not feel I have gotten my money's worth. I will contact their customer service department to see how well Conair(R) stands by their product. Will keep you posted on what kind of success I have with that.
