This foot spa was very disappointing. It is very noisy for one thing, but the worst thing is that it does not heat or maintain the heat of the water. It says on the box that it heats, but the customer service rep. even admitted that none of the Conair foot spas have any heating element whatsoever. Box says heat, but it does not heat. Water turns cold fast. Massage and bubbles are worthless. And the thing in the middle with the nodes, I have no idea what those are for. I know what they are suppose to be for, but they don't do anything. This was a $20 bucket. Buy a bucket instead and save money.Customer Review: Don't DO IT
