My husband seems to be quite happy with the product - it was a Christmas gift. He seems to enjoy the relief it give his neck muscles and uses it a lot. The only "complaint" I've heard is that he wishes it hugged his neck better. He has to push back against his char to position it to his liking. Good product; performs as expected.
