The product was was everything I expected. You can not always go by other reviews. The main reason I went with the Conair WJ10R Interplak Water Jet is it had two sets of attachments. The other brands only had one. The Interplak provides a sufficient pressure with the pressure set at 3/4. We have had the unit about a month with no complaints. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good water pic.
