I'm doing my best as I get older to try and take better care of myself. That all started for me with proper hydrating. I try to drink at least a gallon of spring water each day. First thing in the morning I add 40 drops of this to my bottle of water and I can actually feel a bit of a "power surge!" 40 drops sounds like a lot, but it's actually 1/2 tsp (IIRC). A bottle will last a LONG time.
Minerals often take a back seat to vitamins, but our bodies REQUIRE them to function properly and if you're not eating raw / organic / etc. This will help to fill that gap.
These minerals are ionic in nature (as compared to colloidal) and your body can readily absorb them (as much as possible, anyhow).
