Spent a lot looking for the right pillow. My neck never seemed to be positioned the right way and I usually would get a light headache by the time I wake up or even worse: a stiff neck. I have 2 Tempur-pedic pillows in different sizes and shapes, very expansive dawn pillows and 2 different sizes and densities of Dunlopillo latex foam ones (very fancy English brand known for their pillows worldwide).Lately I was sleeping on a Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow , but what happens is that I fall asleep on my side but I usually wake up in the morning on my stomach. So I ordered this Mid-Core Gentle Fiber Neck Pillow hoping this would allow me to do that without giving me a stiff neck as well. Of course I was skeptic. I'm 5'2" and what fits average size people often doesn't fit me.
I also knew the Standard Support being too firm would put even more stress on my neck. I'm pleased with this Gentle version.
I got them yesterday (yes, I ordered one for my husband too) and I really had a good night sleep. Of course I'll make updates as the time goes by.
It's well made and fits in a regular pillowcase. Holds it's shape so you don't have to keep fluffing it.
I' ve noticed that it provides support for your neck as well as your jaw and consequently your face. This is a good relaxing feeling.
Also love the feeling when I roll on my back and it cradles my head and neck.
No headaches this morning, no stiff neck. Now that's a good start!

The more I sleep on this pillow the more I like it.
My husband (which I thought would prefer the regular, more stiff, version of this pillow) loves this gentle version also because of it's size as well.
