My review is for the item itself not or the seller... I got mine for considerably less $...$10 to be exact and 2 of the piercers came in my kit each loaded with a stud and ready to go. Have a friend do the actual piercing. When the piercers are squezzed together you must then push in the white plunger to pierce the flesh. The stud goes directly into the earring backing. Mine was painless, I take care of it daily with alcohol swabs and I will let the studs stay in for at leat 6 weeks to heal. I have studs from other piercing and have loaded my Coren ear piercers so they are ready to use again. I am so glad I found these and save money over going to a shop for ear piercing.
