I bought this product for my toddler. I take omega supplements myself in capsule form and am happy with it, but I wanted something for her. I am sure her diet is lacking in omega fatty acids, even though I try to force as much salmon as I humanly can upon her. I found this supplement and thought I'd give it a try. It comes like a ketchup packet you tear open and squeeze. I keep it in the fridge, and squeeze it onto a spoon for my daughter. It's a bright orange color and the taste is evidently pleasing to her. She eats it no problem. She asks for her "omega vitamin" constantly. So coming from a picky toddler, this product gets a big thumbs up!Customer Review: Omega 3
