Customer Review: Only way to go if you can't stand fish oil tastes

You can't argue with the mounting evidence that everyone should be getting more long chain Omega-3 fatty acids (improves immune system, lowers BP and bad cholesterol...) and this is an outstanding product if you can't stand the fish oil taste of most long chain Omega-3 products. Its content per dose is very good but not as high the most concentrated products because it has been cut with other ingredients to mask the taste, but if you are sensitive to the taste like my wife and kids are, this is the way to go.
Some reviews here still complain of fishy taste or an after taste, but if you mix it with a small amount of orange juice anyone would drink it. (Note: this is an oil based product so you can't just mix it into water based drinks like orange juice; you need to shake it like a vinaigrette).
My family loves this product.
Customer Review: Finally a Reasonable Alternative to Capsules!

I know I need my Omega3's, but can't afford to eat fatty fish every day and the capsules were almost impossible for me to take. When I did manage to take them, I'd 'repeat' fish all day, even with the odorless ones.
This is an excellent alternative. The manufacturer suggests that you may prefer it cold, I do. I take it, then drink some water to get rid of what is, for me, a very minor aftertaste. I'm very picky & I wasn't horribly bothered by it.
It can easily be stirred into yogurt or a smoothie, but I don't eat many carbs, so straight with a 'water back' is fine with me.
Until I have the money to switch to all grass-fed meats, this is what I'm going to take. I went to Coromega's website...wow, it's expensive there. Amazon has quite the deal going on. I'm planning to buy 2 or 3 more boxes while I can.

It does have a VERY strong orange flavor, much like a strong orange creamsicle. It was overpowering to me at first (since I don't care for creamsicles) but my husband and 2.5 year old son both liked it right away. Either way, it's so much better than tasting fish!
My 2.5 year old enjoys taking it every day. My husband and I also take it daily. My husband says it has helped him focus more while he's at work and school. We have also noted a significant improvement in my son's speech since he started taking the suppliment; even his therapists have noticed an improvement. So far, we have been taking it about 3 months. Husband and son noticed changes after about a week and a half.
I haven't noticed an improvement in myself, but I continue to take it to pass anlong to my breast-feeding infant.

I really don't understand why we have to take fish oil of all things, but everything I read says we do and my doctor even recommends it. I've tried so many different types of pills and have hated them all for various reasons, and finally I saw this in the store and decided to give it a try. Before I purchased it, I thought I'd get on here to see what everyone thinks and when I saw all the positive reviews I went ahead and purchased it as a "Subscribe and Save". As a Subscribe and Save, the price for 90 days was just a little more than the price for 30 days in the store!
The taste of this is delicious. It's got a pudding-like consistency and it tastes just like a creamsicle. There isn't one bit of fishiness to it at all. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to take Omega-3.
Customer Review: Good Bye, Bumpy Arms and Itchy Skin!

My son suffers from itchy skin and bumps on the backs of his arms. These are the only fish oil product he's been willing to take, because they don't taste fishy at all. While I don't care for the stevia-sweetened taste myself, my two kids love them and ask for them daily, and my husband (a self-professed non-supplement-taker) will even eat them and likes the taste. I've seen a dramatic difference in my son's level of itchiness and the bumps on the backs of his arms disappear when he's taking this. When I slacked off and stopped giving them to him for a few weeks, the bumps came back and he was more itchy. With all the benefits to brain, vascular system, and skin, you can't go wrong with these! (And if you, like me, don't like the taste, you can always mix them into something else.)
