Pyridoxal Phosphate, when taken as a supplement, actually does, over time--a couple of weeks will be enough to show an improvement--greatly reduce to eliminate carpal tunnel pain. If you've been told surgery is your only option, by all means try P-5-P before you decide to go ahead with an operation. You can always opt for surgery later, but you can never opt not to after the fact.
