Customer Review: The dragon wasn't the best choice

I got the dragon based purely, of course, on how awesome dragons are. I wish I would have gotten the penguin in the video review that somebody else did, due to the direction that that one shot the vapor. I thought the dragon would be like the penguin and direct the vapor up and away, perhaps out of the nose. Instead, the vapor comes out of.... the top of the eyelids?? Yep, the top of the eyelids. Pretty unique dragon in that regard. The result, aside from the failed aesthetics, is that the vapor goes straight up and falls on the dragon & the surface you placed it on, and gets redirected easily by the slightest of air currents. If I had the penguin, I could have directed the vapor to go right over my sleeping head. Instead, I get a wet nightstand, even after standing it atop a one foot tall box, which, incidentally, I never wanted on my nightstand but now must be there to help mitigate the moisture problem.Customer Review: Arrived with decorative foot BROKEN

I haven't even used it yet. I just received the humidifier today and when I opened it, I saw that decorative foot was broken. What really sucks is that I want to return it and get a new one because even though it won't affect how the humidifier functions, it sucks that I had a brand new humidifier that has a cosmetic defect. I cannot return it however because my 7 week old son really needs this to help with his continuous congestion and I don't want to wait another few days to a week for it back. What would be awesome is if I was given a credit of some sort for the item since there is a broken piece.Customer Review: Not as nice as a expected......

I bought this for my son's room. It works pretty well, except for water collects in between the water canister and the "head" part of the dragon. And the dial to set the strength of the humidity isn't very good. You have to turn it up all the way till it starts then turn it to your desired setting. But it is a good humidifier and my son loves it!! So all in all, it was a good purchase.Customer Review: Cleaning it is a pain!

This humidifer is cute, does a good job and runs very quietly. The reason I am only giving it three stars is because water always ends up spilling out when we turn it over to set it on it's base and it's very hard to clean. You really need to clean out the base area of this humidifer about once a week or it grows this white mold inside. We clean it regularly, but it's no easy task.Customer Review: its ok

the product itself is cute and all, but there are a few things that i didnt like.. i was under the impression that it automatically shut off when out of water but it has not done that. i got it to help my newborn with her congestion but i really dont think that it makes a difference at all. other than that it is ok. shipping was fairly quick and it is really cute
