I've purchased many teeth whitening products over the years and Crest Advanced Seal products are easily the best. They bind very well to the teeth and are easy to wear. You can even drink while wearing them! This is in contrast to the old style strips that are gummy and don't make good contact (not as good results) or the big trays that make it hard to breath. Just having something on your teeth may irritate you at first, but give it some time and you'll likely forget they are on. I've come close to going to work with them on multiple times! They are clear, but the whitening gel foams up, so they give your teeth a bright white funny look while they are on. Fine for being around the house, working in the yard, etc., but not something people won't notice. With that said, they don't really require a time commitment, since you can go about your normal business with them on.
The strips come in different strengths to allow people with sensitive teeth to use them. Since I've used them before, my teeth aren't very sensitive and I can use the 3D professional strength without issue. Prior to that iteration, the bottom strip was a little too small, but they have remedied that. The 2-hr Express version just has a thicker gel, along with a bit better strip design, to allow you to get a substantial effect with only one application.
I think you should know that teeth whitening is not like on TV. You don't go from brown to brilliant white so easily, and some stains are easier to attack than others. If you drink coffee and/or tea, you may need multiple applications to get some momentum, and I might recommend the normal 3D Professional kit, which takes weeks of shorter treatments rather than one long one. These 2-hour applications are better for maintenance, I think. Also, don't forget to get your teeth cleaned by your dentist every 6-months. A lot of that buildup just needs to be scraped off properly rather than whitened.
