I've never used teeth whitening products before, but eating foods with lots of sugars and drinking tea a lot I suppose can take a toll on the whitness of your teeth. I haven't even used about half of my white strips and they have worked really good for me, and very quickly. I saw results after about the fourth or fifth time I used them. I leave them on for a little longer than 30 mins, but I don't think it matters.
Only two very minor issues so far; yes there's a little sticky stuff on your teeth after you pull them off, but they easily wash away with rinsing your mouth. 2; The taste while you're wearing them is bitter and nasty, and you can't help but get a little bit of the taste in your mouth. But it's not very strong.
These work great for me so far. Definitely worth more the low price offered. I would recommend them for someone who wants quick and noticeable results. :)
