The pictures on the box make it seem so easy to use - but buyer beware! This product would not stick to my teeth regardless of how thoroughly I dried my teeth beforehand! The product dried immediatly after dispensing it from the tube, not even giving me enough time to brush it on a single tooth before it was a dried icky blob of goo that wouldn't stick to anything but the brush and my fingers and lips! I wasted 3 out of 14 packets just trying to get one successful application with no luck. Three nights and 7 packs later, I still have had no successful applications. When I did try to smear the dried up blobs on my teeth with my fingers out of desperation and went to bed, I woke up with lumps of this gross stuff floating in my mouth! No telling how much I had swallowed in my sleep! Ick! It may have wonderful whitening effects if you could somehow find a way to glue or tape it to your teeth!

This is the first time I have ever tried a whitening product, but I am pretty satisfied with the results so far.
I have been using it for 6 days now and I can tell a big difference. I didn't think my teeth were all that yellow to start with, but I could tell a difference after just 3 nights. My daughter noticed after the 4th night and my friends all asked me what I was using to make my teeth so white on the 5th night.
I don't think that it took too long to dry on my teeth, I just took my tongue and ran it across my teeth as soon as I put it on and I didn't have a problem with it falling off of my teeth or sticking to my lip.
I have to say that it is a little bit hard to keep your teeth dry, and brush the stuff on at the same time. I found that using a baby wash cloth to dry them and then leaving it stuck between my lip and teeth seemed to help absorb the extra slobbers. The bottom teeth are harder to do than the top, on your top teeth you can dry your teeth and gums off, smile really big, and your lip will stick to your gums and stay there until you lick your teeth and get them wet.
I would definitely recommend using an old tooth brush that you can throw away when you're done, it gets really gummed up.
I don't think it dried so fast that I couldn't brush it on my tooth before it dried, I found out that there was more than enough gel in 1 application to do all 10 of my front teeth on the top and the bottom (20 teeth all together) unlike the crest white strips that say they only cover the front 6 teeth.
I don't think that it had a really bad taste or smell, all I could taste or smell was my toothpaste and mouthwash that I had just used right before putting the other stuff on my teeth.
I would recommend this product; it is worth it for how little it costs. I can't wait to see how white my teeth will get after the whole 2 weeks.

I was impressed at how well it whitened my (tea-stained) teeth but it took a little getting used to & a 2 week commitment of applying it diligently every night before bed. You definitely have to dry off your teeth with a tissue before you apply & it really helps to coat not just the surface of teeth but in between & behind them too for an all-over whitening & removal of tough stains. It feels a little uncomfortable having some caked-on residue on your teeth all night too but you get used to it after a while. I brushed it off immediately in the morning & after the first week was impressed enough to keep on applying it. Overall, a good product & it does what is says. I've been using it for 10 days and I have yet to see any impressive results. I guess this works faster than a whitening toothpaste (10 days versus 2 months or so), but my teeth haven't changed much at all (more of a placebo effect).
It really isn't that hard to apply--just like the instructions say, dry your teeth thoroughly, paint on one thin coat, let dry for half a minute or so, and don't eat.
The side benefits were that it leaves the surface of your teeth feeling very smooth and prevents you from caving in to late night snacking.
