I've read the reviews about this product and it seems many people have experienced different things. I don't know how people have experienced excruciating pain using this product!! I was really surprised when I read the rest of the reviews.
I noticed my roomante's teeth were so white and I asked her what she was using, and that's how I was introduced to the Crest White Strips.
I bought this product twice. Last year and this year. I started using both strips as directed. But I noticed my teeth were getting sensitive like my roomate said they would, just a little. Also, it was hard to keep both in place using them at the send time.
So I started to use one strip at a time for 30 minutes. I'd use the top in the morning for 30 minutes and the bottom in the evening for 30 minutes.
I read some people were using them for an hour! That's a long time and that makes your teeth more sensitive, you don't really need it that long. I advice not to do it for that long.
Although it does take a little while longer with my process, my teeth got whiter and whiter, although there were not that yellow to begin with. I also cut the excess strip from the bottom strip and used it on the other teeth like another reviewer noted. It works great and you get to save some strips!
If you don't think this product works, you're wrong. It works, but you have to be consistent and patient. Also, you CAN talk, just not move your mouth a whole lot! 30 mnts is all you need twice a day, and you'll be getting whiter teeth in no time.
Also, try not drinking coffee, cold drinks or eating ice or eating right after you put the strips on. Yes, there is a little residue of the clear gel, but all you do is brush your teeth afterward.
Anyway, this is a fantastic product, easy to use, time-saving, and IT WORKS!
