Before I was introduced to Glide by a dentist over five years ago, I had always been afraid of flossing. It was always next to impossible to get the floss between my rotten teeth, and then, it was even more impossible to actually do anything once the thread was in.

Glide is lightly waxed and shaped perfect for the space between teeth. It's almost effortless to put it in between the teeth and equally effortless to pull it back and forth. I like the original Glide over the newer types (mint, easy plus, etc.), as it works better for me than the others. But all Glide floss products beat any other brand hands down.

If you have been afraid of flossing or struggle with flossing every day, give Glide a try. There's no guarantee it'll work for you, but it's inexpensive and even if you can't use it, someone else you know might be able to. It's definitely make flossing an enjoyable habit out of me.
