As the other reviewers have stated this is a great product. That is, it is a great product for as long as it lasts before the liquid filled bladder begins to leak. I have owned four of these microwaveable heating pads and in normal non-abusive use, it has been my experience they last 20 to 35 uses before they begin to leak. Considering the retail cost of this item, the cost per each time the pad is used until it begins to leak is 40 cents to 60 cents per use. If you can accept that this product has a fairly short life, you will find it a convenient alternative to an electric heating pad.
