I was somewhat dubious about the supposed antibacterial properties of silver bandages, but I picked up a box of these at the store. I had gotten a particularly bad cut on my finger that kept opening back up. I put a fresh one of these on there every day until it healed. I was surprised to notice that the wound did seem to heal much quicker and had less redness. I had a post operative infection and used the Curad Bandages to help prevent further infection. Worked great and the infection cleared.
