- History:The Australian Aborigines knew of the extraordinarily moisturizing skincare properties of Blue Cypress for thousands of years. They would use it to shelter their skin from the harsh desert climate. This oil is sometimes called "ABC" oil - "Australian Blue Cypress".
- Aroma:Sweet, balsamic and spicy. This is a very pleasant Evergreen aroma, smoky, woody and dry. I find it very fruity and slightly nutty. It smells like a really nice Cedarwood.
- Perfumery Note:Middle
- Aromatherapy Properties:Great skincare properties, very moisturizing and soothing. Considered very similar in properties to Blue Chamomile. Relaxing, soothing, calming the nerves without being a sedative (great for kids!), very gentle oil for many skin conditions.
