I really like this protein drink. I lift weights and cycle 6 days a week. Sometimes after 40 to 60 minutes I need a little fuel. Especially on those weight lifting days, I want that fuel to have some protein. This whey protein fits the bill.
-It mixes easily at the gym in my water bottle
-It dissolves into a juice consistency rather than a thick shake consistency
-It is whey protein and not soy protein
-The fruit flavor is pleasant (I mixed it at the "light" ratio with water)
-10 grams of protein with only 50 calories!
-It does not have that characteristic protein shake taste
-Contains vitamins and antioxidants
If you are looking to pound some carbs for energy, this is not the drink - it has only 2 grams of carbs. If you are looking to give your muscle some protein to build with, without feeling like you just drank a shake, this is a good choice.
