Initially order two from BP Medical, but one did not work at all. After a bit of an argument with their customer service folks they agreed to send a replacement at no charge, but that one arrived missing the top cap, which holds the batteries in. I think it's a product quality control issue more than anything else, so I'm just not ordering this product anymore...Customer Review: Penlight
