I am a professional musician and music educator working towards certification in music therapy. I have to be around people all the time, so I cannot afford to be funky! I remember having a body odor problem in second grade. My mother gave up on using Ivory soap (I don't remember what she switched to) and made me start wearing Mitchum deodorant. I've been using Mitchum ever since, but starting around summer 2009 I began to feel unclean, even after showering. On top of that I could not get rid of a certain smell. It didn't stink, but it did irritate me. I'm not sure if others noticed it. My mother said she didn't notice it. I later learned that the smell was sulphur, and it was pervasive in the water system in Florida, where I lived at the time. In summer 2010 I moved to Louisiana, and the sulphur smell went away. However, at that time I started to notice a different smell, and this was pure, low down, good for nothing body odor! The worse part of it was that it was strong enough for my colleagues notice, and some of them even made fun of me. My family said they didn't notice it, nor did my doctor, so I was made to feel paranoid about having body odor, as thought the smell were an hallucination. I know the smell was real, though. I mean, you know when you feel unclean, when you can smell yourself, and you can tell when you're being made fun of. A friend recommended Body Odor Blocker (BOB), so I did a little internet research and decided to go with it. At the time, Amazon had a special: 3 bottles of 100 pills each for $24.99. I started with one pill twice a day. I didn't notice an immediate change, and after a couple of weeks began to realize I may have wasted my money. I stuck with it, though, and after a few weeks I noticed an incredible difference. I couldn't believe how good I felt. I actually felt clean. The chlorophyll detoxifies the body, so you feel clean inside and out. The one drawback is the bowel movement. Even I, as a vegetarian, noticed a big change in my bowel movements, both in color and quantity. So just be careful during the day that you make time to use the restroom before you leave home and leave work in time to use it once you get home. You will definitely be embarrassed if you have to use a public restroom, especially at work. You have to have a sense of humor about it, though. When I told my doctor I was taking chlorophyll, he said, "You mean the stuff plants use for photosynthesis?" "Yeah, I said." Then he said, "Well maybe you can stop eating and just absorb all of your energy from the sun!" Hahaha, get it? =0)
