I wasn't sure if this was going fit my brother. We used it for his swollen foot (he didn't have a cast as this was meant for that). I was hoping it would be open in the back. But it served its purpose and he was able to use it after all. I wish they made different colors and had an open back version (for those can't have any material in the back against the heel. Thank you.
