i've been trying out the magics of musks. i've come across a few that are beautiful to me. this one and musk by spiritual sky on the other hand just don't thrill me. when i opened the bottles they both smell very soapy to me, oddly the dark musk smells the most soapy of the two. i haven't brought myself to try and wear either b/c of the shrill smell to me. i'm a bit disappointed, but musk is a very touchy scent. musk scents depend highly on your own body chemistry and your nose. some people actually have the inability to smell certain musks and this is possibly why skin musk smells so wonderful to/on me and all i smell is soap for these two. for the price paid it was well worth a try, but i doubt i'll buy it for myself again. don't let this deter u from trying it cuz you never know if you'll like it or not. also, spiritual sky does some other wonderful yet powerful scented oils.
